Sometimes parts don't work. That happens... But what they did to make it right is a rare thing. They responded FAST to my concerns and took care of the problem FAST. Would buy from them again without hesitation. The product now works as decscribed. Good LP pre-amp for the money. Like that it has a normal plug and not some big box that takes up half my power strip.

When my super Sony Receiver refused to adjust the volume with the remote a few years ago, it began to bother me. I still use it for my computer because the volume control can be changed easily by hand. But the new receiver for the home theater system has no phono inputs and I have a huge collection of LP's... not that I use them much anymore, but of course I will use them occasionally.

So I shopped online for all I could find and some were very expensive, some (including this one) quite cheap. Thought I'd give this one a try because it had fewer complaints in the reviews. Received yesterday, plugged it in (simple simple simple) and pow... good as the old sony system on my records.

I'm a happy audiophile :)
... and if it fails, I'm only out a few bucks!

Delivered promptly, works as advertised and a bargain. I've already used it on several LP recordings and intend to transfer many more to my computer.
